Psychological Therapies

We offer one-to-one, online therapy sessions to support you to overcome the hardships you may be facing, and to empower you to navigate and improve your own well-being. We offer therapy in English and use varied approaches.

Group Workshops

We understand that the idea of a group therapy space can feel daunting. However, we also recognise that it can promote communication and socialisation, and allow us to see that we aren't alone. Mindful of this, our groups are based on the notion of collective healing, drawing on the idea that we can support and empower each other to develop skills and capacities to heal our selves, and those around us. We commit to our workshops being small and intimate spaces, which can be responsive, and adapted to the needs of group members.
